Le parole della canzone non sono molte, ma in italiano e per di più sulle note un famosissimo disco, già usate da altre tifoserie, anche italiane:

Il nome del brano è The rivers of Babylon, un disco dei Melodians, uscito in 45 giri nel 1970; un bel “reggone” che nasconde nei propri versi un significato spirituale e religioso: l’esodo del popolo ebraico a Babilonia, un tema spesso citato nel reggae giamaicano.
